As a Senior Sales Representative, Core Major Accounts (Hunter),you'll be responsible for driving netnew business by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) opportunities within organizations of 50-150 employees. This is a true hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, fullcycle sales ownership, and consultative selling at the executive level.

  • Develop and execute an annual territory and business plan aligned to growth targets

  • Sell ADP's full portfolio of 40+ HCM products and services to Csuite and senior decisionmakers
  • Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to forecast accurately and manage performance

  • Partner effectively with internal teams to close complex, multistakeholder deals

What You Bring (Required

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter or newbusiness role
  • Proven success prospecting into the Csuite and consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to challenge prospects and influence change
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills
  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions
  • Knowledge of HCM, SaaS, or ADP competitors is an asset
  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative, teamselling environment
  • Proficiency using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership presence
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle are required for this field-based role.
