A typical day may include conducting telephonic or virtual check-ins, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, developing care plans, and documenting patient progress using company systems. The role balances independent work with frequent communication among case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. This environment allows Humana RNs to make a meaningful impact by guiding patients toward better health outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position is well-suited for nurses who enjoy autonomy and contributing to long-term wellness initiatives.
