In-Home Sales Consultant – High Earning Potential - Base + Commission ($80K–$150K+ OTE)

Carolina Energy Conservation is continuing to grow and is looking for a motivated, results-driven in-home sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, identifying problems, and providing real solutions that improve comfort and energy efficiency.

If you're experienced in consultative sales and want a clear path to strong earnings with qualified opportunities, we'd like to talk with you.


What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners through company-provided leads as well as self-generated opportunities

  • Perform in-home evaluations to identify issues related to insulation, airflow, moisture, and energy efficiency

  • Design and present customized solutions including attic upgrades, air sealing, and duct improvements

  • Guide customers through the decision process with a consultative, educational approach

  • Close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust

  • Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and document activity in CRM software

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation


What We're Looking For
  • Experience in in-home sales or related industries (home improvement, HVAC, roofing, real estate, etc.)
