Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist at Human Touch Physical Therapy & Wellness in Yuba City, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys, focusing on empowering them to regain movement, strength, and overall function following orthopedic injuries or surgeries. Work Environment

You will work full-time in our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Yuba City, California, a vibrant community that is known for its warm climate and friendly atmosphere. Your regular schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you ample time to engage with and support your patients effectively. Our clinic encourages collaboration among staff, fostering an environment where therapists can share insights and learn from one another.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific goals, needs, and clinical conditions.
  • Administer expert therapies that not only assist in pain management but also reduce the necessity for medications and surgical interventions.
  • Utilize diverse rehabilitation techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to promote recovery and enhance functional capabilities.
  • Design and implement wellness and fitness programs that address long-term recovery and preventive health measures to help patients maintain optimal functioning.
  • Provide detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using our electronic medical records (EMR) system, with a preference for knowledge of WebPT.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your approach will focus on fostering strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their unique recovery paths, and ensuring that each individual feels empowered during their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • The candidate must possess a valid and active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
  • A commitment to delivering hands-on therapeutic approaches, coupled with at least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and experience with EMR documentation, particularly WebPT, are advantageous.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working directly with orthopedic patients and implementing evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Previous involvement in developing wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual recovery needs.
  • Ability to create tailored exercise regimens that promote functional recovery and patient wellness.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and clinical expertise. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
