Our family of brands SFE, SLA and Organic Life, remains united in our purpose to nurture potential, fuel students and drive positive outcomes for our partners.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our HR technology infrastructure. This position reports to the Dr. Director of HR.

Position Overview

The HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary administrator of our HR systems, with a strong focus on ADP Workforce Now. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and optimization of employee data while supporting payroll, benefits, compliance reporting, and HR operations.

This position partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to streamline processes, improve system functionality, and provide meaningful workforce analytics that support business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
  • Manage employee data lifecycle processes (onboarding, job changes, compensation updates, terminations)
  • Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and seamless payroll processing
  • Maintain data integrity, audit controls, and system security protocols
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
  • Manage compliance reporting including EEO-1, ACA, and other federal/state requirements
  • Support benefits administration and vendor integrations; including APIs, problem solving when connections are not working properly, and understanding and monitoring of these connections
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements within HR workflows
  • Provide system training and support to HR team members and managers
  • Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and vendor coordination
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience managing Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules
  • Experience in a multi-site or multi-state workforce environment preferred
  • Proven experience with system configuration, testing, and upgrades
  • Strong knowledge of ADP system architecture, security roles, reporting tools, and integrations
  • Understanding of payroll cycles, tax filings, garnishments, ACA reporting, and year-end processing
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliation)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to translate technical system concepts into user-friendly guidance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

If you are passionate about HR technology, data integrity, and process improvement — and enjoy partnering across departments to drive efficiency — we encourage you to apply and grow your career with Cenavera and our family of brands.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (Gender/Minority/Veterans/Disabled) and participate with the federal E-Verify Employment Eligibility Program.
