Job Description:
As Marketing Coordinator at PKF O'Connor Davies you will get hands on experience collaborating with our Marketing and HR departments on various projects and campaigns. This role is responsible for promoting the PKF O'Connor Davies brand to current and future employees, clients and prospects through timely and relevant communications. As a member of our team, you will be immersed in the marketing strategy, brand development and communications strategy aimed at growing our Firm and attracting and retaining talent.
Essential Duties:
  • Increase awareness of PKF O'Connor Davies to targeted audiences (most specifically team members, prospective employees and prospective and current clients) e.g. the development of firm-led on-campus recruiting campaign deliverables.
  • Oversee the marketing onboarding training of new employees.
  • Collaborate and meet regularly with the HR team on branding messaging, goals, objectives and progress of various projects.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to plan and develop captivating content, promoting the Firm's culture, employee and DE&I campaigns on its social media channels.
  • Develop a range of internal and external communications, including presentations, social media posts, event banners, marketing profiles, etc.
  • Develop, scope and execute new video concepts to share on PKF O'Connor Davies Social Media profiles.
  • Assist social media team with planning, scheduling and analytics.
  • Manage the Firm's online reputation (Google Reviews, BBB, etc.) by ensuring consistent presence (or establishment of accurate information) in profiles and monitor and report on new feedback.
  • Occasionally assist with onsite and online events (e.g. man registration table).
  • Support marketing team on ad hoc requests as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or similar field and prior internship experience a plus.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with team members at all levels across the Firm.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; strong ability to switch gears comfortably.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail-oriented and able to organize and implement a wide variety of tasks in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a positive work ethic and good judgment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Occasional travel to the other office locations for firm meetings and events.
  • Experience with a CPA or professional services firm is preferred.
