DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL- ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICES- PER-DIEM:
$21-23.10/hr

The Role:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway's Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 - $23.10/hour
