Nestled at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers, our factory has been a cornerstone since 1910. As a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide support in the Human Resources Department including processing salary payroll and a backup for hourly payroll, administrative and clerical maintaining employee files, publication of factory information, coordinating personnel files, and assigning lockers. Prepare reports from various systems as required. Coordinates records retention and HR systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process salary payroll and serves as the backup for hourly payroll
- Provides customer service on a variety of human resource topics to all employees
- Processes SAP changes
- Uses a purchasing card according to policy and reconciles monthly
- Supports the factory in planning morale and recognition events
- Works with 3rd party vendor to administer and track leaves to hourly and salary employees
- All other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
2+ years of human resources or administrative experience in manufacturing, production, or related environment
Other Associate's degree in human resources or business administration preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $48,000 to $65,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
