Job description

CampusWorks, Inc. is seeking an onsite Chief Human Resources Officer who will simultaneously serve as a trusted consultant to partner with colleges and universities.

You will lead HR transformation initiatives that improve service delivery, compliance, and the employee experience. The role requires a seasoned higher education HR leader who can design and implement HR strategies and systems that align with institutional goals, strengthen culture, and drive accountability at the executive level.
