Objective

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of Perspective Therapeutics' People & Culture team, providing hands‑on HR support to employees and leaders across the Chicago area. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, this role serves as the primary HR partner for the Bloomingdale site while also supporting other Chicago‑area employees and business functions as the organization continues to grow.

This position will play a critical role in building and supporting our workforce, including helping to recruit, hire, and onboard employees for the new Bloomingdale manufacturing facility and other Chicago‑area operations. Working closely with managers, employees, and the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, the Human Resources Business Partner supports the employee lifecycle, through recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

As part of a collaborative People & Culture team, this role also provides backup support across Perspective Therapeutics locations to help ensure a consistent employee experience and continuity of HR services. Essential Functions HR Business Partnership & Employee Support

• Serve as the primary Human Resources partner for Perspective Therapeutics' Bloomingdale, Illinois site, providing day‑to‑day support to employees and managers across a broad range of HR matters.
• Build strong relationships with employees and leaders, serving as a trusted resource for policy interpretation, workplace concerns, employee relations matters, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Partner with leaders to support business objectives while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace culture.
• Provide guidance and support regarding company policies, procedures, programs, and employment practices while ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Support employee experience initiatives, site communications, employee recognition activities, and other programs designed to strengthen engagement and reinforce company culture.
• Serve as an advocate for the company's core values of trust, teamwork, curiosity, and communication, fostering a positive employee experience throughout the organization.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts across the Chicago area and other locations as needed.
• Coordinate recruiting activities including candidate scheduling, interview logistics, candidate communications, recruiting administration, and onboarding preparation.
• Support hiring efforts associated with the continued growth of Perspective Therapeutics, including staffing for the Bloomingdale site and other Chicago‑based functions.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive and effective onboarding experience for new employees.
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture team members to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance management, employee development, workplace concerns, and employee engagement matters.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, leave administration, accommodations, and conflict resolution, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
• Partner with managers to support employee development, coaching conversations, performance feedback, and corrective action processes.
• Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant application of company policies and employment practices.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Support benefits enrollment, orientation activities, and employee questions regarding People & Culture programs and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations while identifying and escalating potential risks.

Collaboration & Organizational Support

• Collaborate with People & Culture team members on company‑wide HR initiatives, projects, process improvements, and policy implementation efforts.
• Provide backup support for HR Business Partners and other People & Culture team members across Perspective Therapeutics locations, helping ensure continuity of HR services and a consistent employee experience across the organization.
• Support special projects and other People & Culture initiatives as assigned in a fast‑paced, growing organization.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of additional Human Resources experience and/or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations. Candidates without a bachelor’s degree should possess additional relevant HR experience.
• Experience supporting employees in manufacturing environments strongly preferred, with experience in radiopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, medical device, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting site‑based employees and leaders while partnering effectively with a broader Human Resources team.
• Experience coordinating recruiting activities, facilitating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Experience conducting new hire onboarding and orientation programs and supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications required.

• Ability to travel occasionally to other Perspective Therapeutics locations as needed.
