About the Role
This Regional Account Manager position is an excellent mid-career opportunity for a motivated technical B2B sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, building long-term customer relationships, and learning innovative technology.
You'll inherit an established territory with active customers while also driving new business growth. Comprehensive product training and ongoing support from our technical sales and applications team will set you up for success.
What You'll Do
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, conferences, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers throughout the Northeast territory.
  • Sell Noraxon solutions to universities, hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, research laboratories, outpatient physical therapy providers, sports medicine programs, and professional sports organizations.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer activities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Negotiate and close sales while consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, customer meetings, and sales training throughout the year.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support, and leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside B2B sales experience selling capital equipment, office technology, technical products, or other complex technology solutions.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline within a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
  • Comfortable learning and presenting technical products.
  • Working knowledge of AI productivity tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% throughout the Northeast territory.

Total Pay Range: $80,000-$150,000+ annually
