The Regional Account Manager will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing new and existing accounts, developing new business, negotiating with clients, generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. Comprehensive product and sales process training will be provided, and we offer ongoing training and support from our technical advisor and support team. This is an established territory with active customers and strong market presence, with significant opportunity to grow the territory through new business development.


What you’ll do:
  • Sell Noraxon products and services to the Research and Rehabilitation Markets, which includes university and hospital research departments, outpatient physical therapy, university sports medicine, and professional sports teams
  • Prospect via networking, cold calling, attending assigned conferences, and lead follow-up
  • Provide product demonstrations both in-person and virtual
  • Manage sales pipeline including forecasting and moving prospects through the sales process
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and activities through company CRM
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory
  • Attend assigned trade shows/conferences as needed

What we are looking for and Required Qualifications:
  • Several years of B2B sales experience, including capital equipment, office technology, or other complex products or solutions
  • Experience in outside/field sales, territory development, and proactive prospecting/cold calling
  • Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding quota
  • Formal sales training or experience with a structured sales methodology
  • Comfortable learning and presenting technical products
  • Understanding and knowledge of basic AI tools
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Must be able to travel 25-50%

  • Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred)

Total Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year
