Job Description

Delsys seeks highlymotivated candidates to contribute to our research and development ofnext-generation, human-centric sensor technology. Delsys R&D SoftwareEngineers collaborate with engineers and scientists to solve challengesspanning the fields of movement science & human health, including thedevelopment of neural interface technology, autonomous machine learningalgorithms for tracking human movement, computational methods to improve theclinical assessment of speech/voice disorders, and quantitative techniques toenhance augmentative and alternative communication system access.

PrimaryResponsibilities:
  • Design and implement machine learning andcomputer vision pipelines that directly contribute to our core research
  • Translate proven research algorithms andsolutions into commercial products
  • Collaborate on a team to deliver sound andvetted software
  • Develop and deploy distributed microservices forreal-time applications
  • Interface sensing and control solutions intovirtual and augmented reality application prototypes
Requirements
  • Fluent in C#,or C++
  • Strongobject-oriented design skills
  • Haveexperience with full stack development for Windows applications
  • Knowledge ofIoT, connected systems, and common communications protocols
  • Be currentlyenrolled in or have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree incomputer engineering, computer science, or a similar degree program
  • Mustbe able to show valid work eligibility.
