About Remodel Health
Remodel Health is revolutionizing the way employers deliver health benefits-shifting from one-size-fits-all group plans to personalized, cost-effective solutions through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). Our mission is to transform health benefits to resource organizations with missions that matter, helping them better care for their teams while reducing cost and complexity. By combining innovative technology with high-touch service, we empower employers to offer benefits that truly meet the needs of their people.
As an organization founded on faith-based principles, we started out serving mission-driven employers such as churches, Christian schools, and faith-based nonprofits. With growing momentum in the market, our reach has expanded to include private-sector employers and small businesses looking for more sustainable and flexible solutions.
We replace outdated models with individualized plans that simplify administration, reduce costs, and align with employee needs. With a team that values collaboration, efficiency, and results, we help customers navigate change with confidence and clarity.
Backed by leading investors and trusted by a growing number of employers, brokers, and payors nationwide, Remodel Health is leading a category-defining movement in employer-sponsored healthcare. As market demand accelerates and regulatory support grows, we are uniquely positioned to drive the next chapter of innovation in health benefits-while staying grounded in our commitment to serve with care, purpose, and excellence.
Why Remodel Health?
  • Lead in a High-Growth, Disruptive MarketJoin a company at the forefront of the ICHRA movement-one of the most promising shifts in employer-sponsored healthcare-backed by strong investor conviction and market momentum.
  • Build in a Category-Defining CompanyHelp define not just a product, but a whole category. Remodel is uniquely positioned to influence the future of health benefits, with a differentiated model and growing traction across key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a Visionary, Values-Driven TeamWork alongside a leadership team deeply committed to innovation, impact, and humility-where open-mindedness, creativity, and mission-driven thinking guide strategic decisions.
  • Drive Real-World Impact at ScaleYour work will directly contribute to helping real people-families, small business owners, and employees-access better health coverage options that fit their lives.

Role Summary
As a Product Experience Designer at Remodel Health, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, simple and engaging interactions for the people who experience our products every day. You will work hand-in-hand with product, engineering and other internal teams to strive to make the healthcare benefit experience more approachable and more human.
Our Product Designers bring empathy and insight into our development processes - collecting feedback, testing concepts and striving for solutions that are appealing and accessible across a variety of B2C and B2B complex interactions across our stack.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborative design: collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop high-quality product design concepts, functional user interfaces, and user flows across a variety of product domains.
  • Users: build an understanding of our users and use research, feedback, and data to inform design decisions. Continuously collect and integrate feedback.
  • Experimenting and prototyping: follow a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, and test concepts with stakeholders and users to land at the best approach.
  • Team leadership: contribute to workshops, design sprints, and team presentations; grow into opportunities to facilitate them.
  • Nice to haves: experience with ICHRA, health insurance or healthcare

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong examples of designing and shipping product designs
  • Experience developing and improving design systems, components and patterns
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Operate with a growth mindset. In this role, you will receive regular feedback and coaching from design and product as you grow your craft and product judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of design projects from discovery through delivery, with support and feedback from teammates.
  • Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Full health benefits offering, including life, long-term disability, dental, and vision
  • Generous PTO
  • 401(k) match
  • Sabbatical PTO available after 5 years of employment

This is a full-time, permanent position based in downtown Indianapolis.
