About the job Client Interaction Specialist
Position Summary
Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving challenges, and providing outstanding customer support? We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Client Interaction Specialists.
In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, answer questions, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide personalized assistance throughout the planning process. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests, vacation goals, schedules, and budgets
  • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation options, excursions, and vacation packages
  • Present personalized travel recommendations based on each client's preferences and expectations
  • Coordinate reservations, travel services, and itinerary planning through approved supplier platforms
  • Prepare booking confirmations, travel itineraries, documentation, and pre-departure information
  • Assist clients with reservation modifications, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special accommodation requests
  • Review reservations and travel information to help ensure accuracy before departure
  • Keep clients informed by providing timely updates and responding to travel-related inquiries
  • Maintain organized client profiles, reservation records, and communication history within company systems
  • Partner with preferred travel suppliers to deliver exceptional service and seamless travel experiences
  • Participate in destination education, supplier training, and ongoing professional development programs
