• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat to improve their mental health outcomes.
• Encourage open communication, guiding clients to express their emotions and experiences for greater self-awareness.
• Act as an advocate for clients, collaboratively defining therapeutic goals and developing actionable treatment plans.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to assess clients’ mental health conditions and adapt treatment strategies based on their unique needs.
• Document client progress, participating in regular peer consultations to ensure the highest quality of care.

At Abundant Health Care Counseling Center, you’ll be working with a diverse clientele composed mainly of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. All clients undergo a thorough screening process before being matched with you, ensuring that you work with individuals aligned with your counseling specialties and preferences. This approach allows for focused and effective therapy, greatly contributing to positive client outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active license in good standing to practice independently in Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and supportive approach to client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills to effectively utilize our therapeutic online platforms.

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, additional experience in telehealth counseling or specialized therapeutic techniques will be advantageous. We highly value candidates who can demonstrate a history of fostering client engagement and facilitating successful treatment outcomes.

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your hours worked, along with a sign-on bonus.
