Product Designer, Human Interface Responsibilities:
  • Work independently to complete projects at the level of whole features within a well scoped domain.
  • Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for our supported platforms.
  • Design new experiences or layouts that evolve or define visual systems.
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years designing complex software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design that meet business objectives
  • Conducts advanced usability testing and gathers feedback from diverse stakeholders to inform product strategy
  • Develops and implements design strategies, leads design efforts, and presents to executive-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience prototyping emerging technologies with physical computing, haptics, wearables, or machine learning techniques, AI
  • Experience working within a technology research organization
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methods for user research
  • Familiarity with Figma, Unity, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing and leading in cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication and personal management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
