Job description

Our client, a leading commercial airline, is looking to hire a UX Product Designer. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x a week in Fort Worth, TX (Mid-Cities area).
*This job is an initial 4-month W2 contract role with benefits & the opportunity to extend!*
As a UX Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end UX & product design processes, from ideation through execution for an internal platform impacting employees across the organization!
Responsibilities
  • Design the visual style, interface and interaction flow of internal applications and experiences across mobile and web in adherence with design standards & existing design systems
  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes for designs leveraging data from heuristic reviews, user interviews, as well as remote unmoderated in-person testing
  • Create research strategies based on desired outcomes and develop usability test plans, scripts, and scenarios for prototypes
  • Collect, analyze, present, and action feedback to manage changes to UX deliverables across Product & Engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of end-to-end UX, Product, HCI, or Interaction Design experience
  • Expertise using Figma, FigJam, & the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, etc. in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working experience leveraging data, A/B tests, and analyses to implement sustainable design solutions
  • *Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths!*

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design or relevant field
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or other frontend development languages
