Are you passionate about helping students build the communication skills they need to thrive? We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in the greater Dallas, Texas area. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by helping students achieve their academic, social, and developmental goals.

We welcome applications from experienced clinicians as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates who are eager to grow their careers in a collaborative educational setting.

Qualifications
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Position Highlights
Schedule: Full-time or Part time hours

Format: Contract position for the school year

Environment: Collaborative, student-focused work environment with professional support and mentorship for CFYs

Primary Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes in accordance with TEXAS educational guidelines.

Provide education, resources, and support to families and caregivers.
