Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources for generative AI initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, compliance, and business units to ensure successful project execution.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly related to AI ethics, data privacy, and model bias.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on KPIs and project health.

  • Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Assess and manage third-party AI platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and security policies.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all projects follow internal governance policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or emerging technologies.

    • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and technical AI projects.
