Providence Swedish First Hill is seeking an Associate Program Director for its Geriatrics Fellowshipโ€”an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of geriatricians while advancing medical education in the heart of Seattle.

In this leadership role, youโ€™ll partner closely with the Program Director to support program oversight, mentor and teach fellows, and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven academic environment. This multi-faceted position offers a meaningful blend of educational leadership, faculty engagement, and clinical practiceโ€”ideal for a physician who is passionate about geriatrics, teaching, and program development.

Based in Seattleโ€™s historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, this role offers the best of the Pacific Northwestโ€”an energetic cultural hub with easy access to parks, mountains, waterfront views, and evergreen forests.

  • Part-time role, 0.5 FTE = 0.1 FTE APD, 0.1 FTE Clinical, and 0.3 FTE Geriatrics and Family Medicine Residency Faculty

  • Current certification in Geriatric Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Compensation is between $141,446 and $198,208 per year

  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Swedish Medical Center's First Hill campus is a 697-bed, general medical and surgical hospital in downtown Seattle. The largest of Swedish's five hospitals, First Hill is considered the main Swedish campus.
