Job description

Role Overview  

THIS IN NOT A COMMUNITY BASED LEASING CONSULTANT ROLE.  

As a Leasing Hub Associate, you help create energy and excitement around Cortland's communities for future residents. You uncover their needs and match those needs with the perfect apartment home. 

The Brand Representative 

  • Market Cortland to future residents getting them excited to learn more about our communities, culture, vision, and value proposition. 
  • Advise prospective tenants of the features, benefits, pricing, and amenities of each individual community as a result of your in-depth market and community knowledge 
  • Continually grow your skill set and understanding of Cortland thru participation in customized training and site visits  

The Communicator 

  • Nurture new leads from RealPage for the onsite leasing teams by receiving incoming calls, emails and text messages 
  • Leverage your outbound sales skills nurture an average of 40-50 leads per day and generate new appointments at all of our communities 
  • Foster an ongoing positive relationship with residents, onsite leasing teams and peers  

Qualifications  

  • Stellar 2+ years of customer service experience - preferably in sales experience 
  • Demonstrated English or bilingual fluency 
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills 
  • Strong computer and typing skills  
  • Proficient in OneSite software; L2L preferred
