HTS has a vibrant look and brand promise -- one that reflects our company-wide commitment to ensure the individual success of all those involved in a project's HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation and maintenance including our employees, suppliers, customers and end users.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing accounts effectively to ensure ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships within the team.
  • Developing and executing account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers.
  • Facilitating training programs for new customers.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and onboarding new business.
  • Working with distribution partners while also developing and securing individual partners on your own.
  • Traveling up to 25% of the time to visit customers, distributors, and partners in your territory.
  • 3+ years of successful large HVAC Equipment field sales experience.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
