The Information Technology Intern supports the Support and Jobsite Operations teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This role offers hands-on experience in IT system management, customer support, and multitasking within a fast-paced, complex operational environment.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Work directly with our Support/Jobsite operations team and assist in technical problems/issues as needed.
  • Work directly with our Support and Jobsite Operations teams to assist with resolving technical problems and issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Support the IT team with system updates, backups, and implementation of security protocols to protect data integrity.
  • Possess a customer service mindset and demonstrate a passion for technology and troubleshooting.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Document technical procedures and provide end-user support and training as needed.
