Job Description

Au sein de notre dispositif CRM Run, vous serez responsable du maintien en conditions operationnelles et de l'amelioration continue de la plateforme Salesforce Service Cloud.

Vous jouerez un role cle dans le support des equipes metiers, la gestion des incidents, l'optimisation des processus de service client et la garantie d'une experience utilisateur de qualite dans un environnement international exigeant.

Responsibilities
  • Superviser les processus de service client dans un environnement de production Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Assurer le suivi des automatisations existantes (Flows, Assignment Rules, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, SLA).
  • Diagnostiquer et resoudre les incidents fonctionnels et techniques.
  • Gerer les demandes de support et les evolutions mineures.
  • Assurer le support de niveau 2/3 aupres des equipes metier.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption et l'utilisation optimale de Salesforce.
  • Surveiller les integrations et la synchronisation des donnees avec les systemes tiers.
  • Creer et maintenir des rapports, dashboards et vues personnalisees.
  • Maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle et technique.
  • Participer a l'amelioration continue des processus CRM et des parcours clients.
  • Contribuer a la qualite, a la performance et a la stabilite de la plateforme.
QualificationsFormation & Experience
  • Bac+4/5 en Informatique, Systemes d'Information ou domaine equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 ans d'experience sur Salesforce.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'experience sur Salesforce Service Cloud dans un contexte Run, Support ou Maintenance Applicative.
