Seeking an experienced UI designer to design, establish standards, prototype, and create elegant user experiences on web and native mobile platforms.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Design for a wide-range of environments-websites, web apps, mobile apps, email, user flows, etc.

Articulate how design creates or captures value

Observe users and interpret feedback to understand their behaviors, needs, and goals

Build prototypes to solicit customer and internal colleague feedback

Identify and define problems-to-be-solved



Qualifications

This position requires previous knowledge and experience working on web and mobile applications, an acute understanding of current design trends, and a vision of an optimal user experience on both large and small displays. The successful candidate will have the initiative to guide their vision from conception through to deployment.

Required Skills

Wireframing (either pencil / paper or apps)

Photoshop (or Sketch or Illustrator)

HTML / CSS (or LESS or SASS), responsive

Prototyping software like Marvel, Invision, Principle or equivalents



Desired Skills/Experience
