What does an HTML CSS developer do?

An HTML CSS Developer is responsible for creating and styling the visual elements of websites and web applications using HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). They structure web content with HTML and design its appearance with CSS, ensuring that websites are visually appealing and responsive across different devices. In addition, they often collaborate with designers and other developers to implement interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
