Overview

We are looking for an experienced AEM Backend Developer to join our team.

You will design and develop scalable web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. The role requires strong backend expertise, knowledge of APIs and cloud environments, and a proactive, agile mindset. Experience with modern front-end frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Actively collaborate with other developers on design and code reviews.
  • Strong ability to work in a team with diverse expertise (UI, delivery, tech, QA, etc.) and varying experience levels.
  • Ensure production quality by monitoring technical KPIs of projects.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical features (aligned with project constraints).
  • Stay up to date with technology trends, identify opportunities, and continuously self-learn.
  • Design, develop, and maintain code within a partially defined scope.
  • Apply best practices (code quality, security, development processes, accessibility, and unit testing).
  • Estimate effort for tasks.
  • Adapt to tools, processes, and workflows related to projects.
  • Interact with all project stakeholders (UX, UI, Product Owner, etc.).
  • Be willing to upskill across multiple areas (Front-end, back-end, QA, DevOps, data).
  • Be able to work in an English-speaking environment.

  • At least 5 years experimented on development
  • 3 years experimented on WEB development
  • 2 years on a AEM project
  • Expert on JAVA
  • Knowledge on HTML/CSS/JS, Javascript, ECMAScript, TypeScript, NodeJs.
  • DevOps mindset (CD/CD knowledge)
  • Agile Mindset
  • REST/GraphQL
  • Knowledge on Cloud Public (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Good level in English & French (Speaking/Writing)

Would be a plus
