  • Define and integrate HSE requirements into EPC, O&M, and other project agreements to ensure full contractual and operational compliance.
  • Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of thirdparty HSE Management Systems, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Review, assess, and formally approve EPC and contractor HSE Plans prior to project mobilization.
  • Conduct annual audits of contractor safety plans, monitoring corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Perform monthly HSE site inspections during construction, identifying risks, nonconformities, and improvement opportunities.
  • Actively participate in hazard identification, job safety analysis (JSA), and risk assessment processes.
  • Lead and support nearmiss, incident, and accident investigations, ensuring rootcause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Analyze trends related to unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, developing pragmatic mitigation strategies and continuous improvement plans.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance indicators, proactively addressing emerging risks.

  • Demonstrated experience managing contractor HSE performance in multistakeholder project environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate both strategically and handson.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
