Job description

Pay Range: Targeted salary $19.00 per hour, based on experience
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel: May be required
Position Introduction:
The Transactions Center Representative is responsible for providing responsive and accurate human resources transaction processing, documentation management, records administration, and technical support for a broad range of personnel actions; ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data within the University's human resources information systems; supporting departments, employees, and applicants through hiring, on-boarding, employment changes, and separation processes; ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations, including employment eligibility verification requirements; and serving as a knowledgeable resource for personnel transaction processes and documentation.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months office or clerical experience.
Department Preferences:
  • Peoplesoft/data entry experience, large volume customer service experience (walk in volume), or general office.
