SEASONED COMMERCIAL HANDYMAN β€” KNOW THE TRADE? COME PUT IT TO WORK

$25–$45+ Per Hour β€’ Company Van β€’ Steady Work β€’ Monday–Friday

You've been doing this a long time.

You've worked with your hands. You've fixed what needed fixing. You've walked into a job that wasn't quite what you expected and figured it out.

That's the kind of experience we're looking for.

We're looking for a seasoned commercial handyman who can walk into a business or commercial property and take care of the work without needing someone standing over their shoulder.


THIS ISN'T JUST ONE TRADE

Commercial properties need someone who can handle a little of everything.

Carpentry

Drywall

Painting

Doors and hardware

Trim and millwork

Flooring and tile

Light plumbing

Light electrical

Ceiling repairs

Cabinet and fixture repairs

General building maintenance

Commercial repairs and remodeling

You don't have to know everything.

But you need to know how to look at a problem and figure out how to fix it.


EXPERIENCE COUNTS HERE

We're looking for 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction handyman work remodeling or skilled trades.

You know how to work independently.

You know how to troubleshoot.

You know how to work around customers employees and other contractors.

You understand that when you're working inside a business the way you work matters just as much as the work itself.

We're looking for someone who:

You'll be working with local businesses property managers and commercial properties throughout Northern Virginia.
