We are an established brand, in business for over 65 years, privately owned, with an average recruiter tenure of 16 years. We offer 'proven to be successful' training. This is a unique opportunity for selected RECRUITER candidates to be trained on how to recruit, how to build new relationships or build upon upon existing relationships with clients and companies, and how to make placements.

Our top producers earn $300K in yearly commissions regularly. All our recruiters know that they have played a part in helping candidates learn how to present their skills in interview settings in the best way possible, and ultimately how to get hired.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred with 5 years of phone sales adjacent experience (for example, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Executives.).
  • In office position in Dallas, North of downtown, South of loop 12.
  • In order to be successful, high outbound call volume required (75 to 100 calls).

First year earning potential is $100K. Second year, on plan is $250K.
