Basic Cleaning Skills Needed:
• Buffing, dealing with a variety of different flooring types.
• .Vacuuming
• Chemical Use.
• Cleaning.
• Dusting and High Dusting.
• Mopping.
• Polishing Furniture.
• Recognition of Safety and Health standards.
• Sanitation and familiarity with how to use cleaning stations.
Areas of the club the Janitorial Crew are responsible for the maintenance of (but are not limited to):
• Locker room cleanliness and sanitation - showers, toilets, vanity, floors, walls and partitions.
• Tanning bed cleanliness
• Equipment cleanliness
• Cardio machines
• Floors, railings, stairs, walls - overall cleanliness
• Group fitness classrooms
• Functional training area
• Lobby
• Some office areas
• Some high dusting
