Responsibilities
We're looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the people who want to make a difference in people's lives. The people who care about helping the single mom with a $400,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing. Most of our first-year listing agents are making around $120,000-150,000 and our top listing agents earn OVER $500,000. If you're still reading and are intrigued about the opportunity, let's chat.
