Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the 3rd Person in Charge at our Port Orford location. The ideal candidate will support the management team by overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the 1st and 2nd Persons in Charge in managing daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Support staff supervision and provide guidance as needed.
  • Help coordinate schedules and workflow to maintain productivity.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a 3rd Person in Charge or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
