Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Houseperson is responsible for assisting the housekeepers and maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas throughout the hotel. 

Essential Job Functions:

·     Stocking housekeepers carts with supplies

·     Removing trash and used linen from the housekeeping carts

·     Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all storage areas

·     Restocking all storage areas with supplies

·     Thoroughly cleaning all aspects of the public areas

·     Reporting any type of problem immediately

·     Delivering any special request or guest request items to the guest rooms

·     Assisting as a van driver when necessary

·     Maintaining a positive attitude at all times and delivering exceptional guest service at every opportunity

Additional Responsibilities:

·     Any other duties as assigned by the leadership team


REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks, Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required, Attention to detail and time management skills, Ability to work independently & Availability for weekend shifts
  • Must have a valid driver's license for potential van driving duties
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
