Job description

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Maranatha is seeking a Housekeeping Services Manager for its team. 

SCHEDULE: Full-Time M-F 

REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Housekeeping Services Manager reports to the Site Leader or Director assigned responsibility for Environmental Services and supervisors Housekeeping staff.

The Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the Housekeeping Services staff in order to ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds consistent with regulations, established policies, procedures and best practices.

As a member of the site leadership team, the Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure a safe and secure environment while achieving short and long-term goals and objectives for the site.


  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.
  • Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members and the general public.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.12 - $27.65 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHSs typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employees qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
