Description
Memorial Community Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team at Memorial Hospital in Aurora, NE. This is a day shift position, with previous experience working in environmental services in a healthcare setting preferred. Position includes every 3rd Saturday and every 6th weekend.

Job Duties:
  • Cleans and services patient/resident rooms, offices and hallways, as well as other inpatient, outpatient and ancillary areas.
  • Promotes and ensures patient and staff safety in all aspects of responsibilities.
  • Ensures proper supplies and equipment are maintained.
  • Follows HIPAA regulations and ensures that the confidentiality of patients' medical, personal, financial records, employee records, and organizational records is maintained.
  • Complies, understands, and enforces state and federal regulatory requirements related to the performance of Memorial Community Health operations and requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA, the Code of Conduct, the Compliance Policy, Safety and Infection Control, all department and organization-wide policies, Critical Access Hospital requirements, and Federal and State of Nebraska regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
