Job description

Haralson Nursing and Rehab is Looking for excellent and hard working Housekeeping Aides to work for our facility!

Available Hours: 7am-3pm with weekend requirement

Responsibilities: 

  1. The housekeeper is the focal point of our environmental service staff. He/she is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the facility on a daily basis.
  2. Must be able to perform the necessary duties in the daily routine cleaning of resident rooms
  3. Must be able to perform the necessary duties for the monly carbolization cleaning of residents rooms
  4. Follow all safet procedures, infection control policies, and universal precautions to ensure the health and welfar of residents, staff and visitors
  5. Follow propper procedures for stocking housekeeping carts and closets
  6. All housekeepers must report to work in assigned uniform as deemed by the facility
  7. All housekeepers must report problems, concerns and maintenance issues to the supervisor
  8. All housekeepers must act in a courteous, professional, and apporpriate manner at all times
