Job description

About LifeSource:
LifeSource Water Systems has been building whole-house water treatment systems in Pasadena since 1984. We manufacture in California, we install what we sell, and our customers keep their systems for decades. We are a family-run company with a real product, a real factory, and a story most of our competitors cannot tell.
We are now investing in how we tell it.
The role:
You will own LifeSource's social presence end to end: what gets made, when it goes out, and how it performs. This is a maker's job, not a scheduler's job. You should be as comfortable shooting a vertical video in our factory on a Tuesday as you are building the content calendar for Q4.
You will report to marketing and work directly with our creative director on campaign concepts, brand voice, and the larger story we are telling.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
• 3 or more years running social for a brand, agency, or creator, with results you can point to
• You shoot and cut your own work. Comfort with a phone, a gimbal, and an editing app matters more than a film degree
• A real point of view on craft and tone. We are trying to make things worth watching, and we would rather hire taste than volume
• Native fluency in how short-form actually works right now, including how quickly it changes
• Comfort in a manufacturing and home services environment. Some of the best material we have is in a warehouse or a customer's garage
• The ability to find the fun, compelling, entertaining in even the driest of topics
• Organized enough to keep a calendar, a shot list, and a creator pipeline moving at the same time
• Bonus: paid social experience, direct-response instincts, or a background in home services, trades, or consumer durables
How to apply:
Send a resume and three examples of short-form video you both shot and edited yourself to jobs@lifesourcewater.com. Include one sentence per example on what it was for and how it performed. We care more about those three pieces than about anything else in your application.
