  1. Lead opportunities: Access to Echo-generated opportunities, including a database of approximately 100,000 buyers and sellers available for agents to prospect through our lead pond.
  2. Zillow Preferred partnership: Qualified agents may have the opportunity to participate in our Zillow Preferred program, subject to production, training, responsiveness, and conversion requirements.
  3. Client Concierge support: Our in-house Client Concierge team communicates with potential clients, nurtures relationships, and helps create opportunities for our agents.
  4. Professional marketing: Dedicated in-house marketing support, custom property marketing, social media resources, digital advertising, and high-quality materials designed to help agents stand out.
  5. In-house photography: Two salaried professional photographers dedicated exclusively to Echo Fine Properties and our listings.
  6. Training and development: Structured onboarding through the Echo Academy and Launch Program, ongoing systems training, sales meetings, webinars, workshops, role-playing, and coaching.
  7. Compliance and transaction support: Guidance throughout the contract-to-close process, including compliance review, transaction coordination, and assistance with forms and paperwork.
  8. Proven technology: Access to Follow Up Boss, EchoDash, AppFiles, FlexMLS, HighNote, and other platforms that help agents manage leads, clients, marketing, and transactions.
  9. Local brand recognition: Join an established South Florida brokerage with a strong reputation, extensive community knowledge, and a growing presence throughout the region.
  10. Collaborative culture: Work within a close-knit company where leadership is accessible, agents support one another, and individual contributions are recognized.

  7. Hosting open houses and following up with attendees
  8. Building relationships with your sphere, past clients, and local community
  9. Preparing and managing contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents
  10. Working closely with Echo’s compliance and transaction support teams
  11. Developing strong knowledge of South Florida communities, inventory, and market conditions

  7. Organized and capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines
  8. Comfortable learning and using technology
  9. Knowledgeable about, or eager to learn, the South Florida real estate market
  10. A collaborative team member who takes accountability for their results
  11. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when clients need assistance
Qualifications
