Sign-On Bonus:
Earn up to $1,000! Paid in milestones: $500 at 6 months, $250 at 9 months, and $250 at 12 months for employees with open availability.

Starting Pay:

  • $13/hour during 2-week paid training

  • $15/hour after training completion

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Clean residential homes using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, procedures, and products

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and organize home spaces

  • Stage and beautify homes for clients

Requirements:

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Comfortable working in homes with pets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected Hours: 20–40 per week
Pay: $13/hour training → $15/hour after training
