We're looking for hardworking, detail-oriented team members who take pride in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. As a Dishwasher, you're not just behind the scenes - you're the backbone of our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and other cooking equipment according to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish pit and kitchen areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment, appliances, sinks, and prep stations as directed.
• Sweep and mop floors, promptly clean up spills and broken items.
• Take out trash and clean garbage cans regularly.
• Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.
• Restock clean dishes and cookware in their proper locations.
• Support cooks and other team members with prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or sanitation issues to a manager.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong team player who can work quickly, efficiently, and safely.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25+ pounds.
