Job description

Position Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality menu items in accordance with Twin Peaks standards. This role ensures all food is prepared consistently, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Line Cooks play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by upholding food quality, speed of service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Execution
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications.
  • Follow all prep procedures and line build standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients prior to use.
  • Maintain proper portioning and presentation standards.

Cleanliness & Sanitation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GHS standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.

Kitchen Operations & Teamwork
  • Work collaboratively with other Heart of House and Front of House team members to ensure efficient service.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily prep responsibilities.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Participate in training and development using company systems and tools.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Uniform & Appearance Standards
