Join our team , as a  crew member you will be responsible for helping our guests in either the front of house or back of house.  Our front of house crew members are  responsible for delivering World Class service. As a Guest Service Expert, you are the face and the voice of Wingstop to all of our Guests who walk into our restaurants, providing them with authentic, positive and genuine experiences. In this role, you will spend more time than any other position interacting with our Guests by greeting them, answering the phone, taking and delivering orders - all with a great attitude and smile.  If you are working in the back of the house  you are  responsible for Serving the World Flavor. You will be creating wings with flavor to the max! You will play an integral role in ensuring our Guests get their craveable, fresh, and delicious wings delivered by our promise time. In this role, you will do everything from preparing our fresh, made in-house ranch, bleu cheese, and sides to packaging and delivering completed hot orders to our Guests while motivating other Flavor Experts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.

• Place orders for customers in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions.

• Accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.

• Answer questions from customers and make menu recommendations.

• Verify that all wings are presentable and double-check all orders before giving the order to the customer(s).

• Balance the register at the end of the shift; deliver the amount before the next shift.

• Assist in maintaining a clean workplace; keep both  Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) clean and stocked.

• Practice safe handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines; promote safety in the workplace.

• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company's Uniform Standards

• Receive and handle complaints from the customers and guide to the manager if the problem is beyond the scope of duties.

• Leave customers with a positive, long-lasting impression of their WINGSTOP experience.

• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop

experience

• Ability to practice safe cooking procedures

• Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets

• Accurately count the number of Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless

Strips needed for each order

• Coordinate the cooking time of Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless

Strips and fries with the corresponding timer

• According to Wingstop standards; Sauce, Season and package all orders

• Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily, following all safety procedures and

with proper safety equipment

• 

• Immediately notify the Manager on Duty of all safety, sanitation, or employee issues

• Assist other employees as needed

• Follow directions given by the Manager or Supervisor

• Know and thoroughly understand the importance of good hygiene and food

handling practices

• Ability to thoroughly understand and follow instructions on how to properly and

safely use chemical cleaning products
