Position Summary

Holy Grail Cleaning's Part-Time House Cleaner strives for the best cleaning experience through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. While servicing customers the House Cleaner will perform daily assigned duties and remain compliant with company procedures in accordance to Holy Grail Cleaning expectations by Living the Pledge every day.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provides WOW! Customer Service
  • Ensures assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner on assigned locations
  • Follows company policies and loss prevention procedures
  • Maintains a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Maintains vehicle appearance and cleaning standards as directed
  • Ensures that cleaning supplies and tools are restocked and placed in their respective areas
  • Utilizes training to help customers determine seasonal packages or find suitable alternatives
  • Maintains product knowledge & current promotions through the administrative office and information sources
  • Practices the HG Clean Guarantee making sure the clean is done right the first time or returning within 24hrs
  • Utilizes BK to clock in/ out & retrieve job assignment and location
  • Ability to diagnose cleaning/organization problems and recommend solutions
  • Communicates with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters
  • Actively engaged in developing more effective cleaning and customer service skills
  • Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best services that fit the customers’ expectations
