Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Policy Engineer to design, implement, integrate, optimize, and support mobile core policy and charging platforms across 4G LTE and 5G networks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Policy and Charging Control (PCC), Online Charging Systems (OCS), Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), and Policy Enforcement Functions (PCEF), along with experience supporting carrier-grade production environments.

The engineer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, integration, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of policy platforms including Amdocs (Openet) AOC/AOP Data PCRF/OCS, Nokia Network Policy Controller (NPC) Voice PCRF, and Sandvine (AppLogic) PCEF/DPI solutions. The role also requires knowledge of virtualization, cloud technologies, Linux operating systems, and modern mobile core network architectures.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Years of experience supporting carrier-grade wireless core networks.

o Grade I: 2-5 yrs / Grade II: 5-8 yrs / Grade III: 8-10 yrs or above.

Years of hands‑on experience with PCRF, OCS, or PCF platforms.

o Grade I: 2-3 yrs / Grade II: 3-5 yrs / Grade III: above 5yrs.

Strong experience with Amdocs (Openet), Nokia NPC, and/or Sandvine technologies.

  • Experience supporting high-availability production environments.
  • Strong understanding of LTE EPC and 5G Core architectures.
  • Experience working with Linux servers and VMware virtualization.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native deployment models.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
