Overview

The Digital Auction & Inventory Coordinator will perform a wide variety of responsibilities that support both the front-end and back-end functions of our LiveStream operations. This role serves as the face of LiveStream across multiple platforms while also overseeing essential behind-the-scenes tasks such as inventory management, pricing strategy, order fulfillment, product listing, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable hosting live auctions while ensuring smooth operational workflow from product sourcing through post-sale support.

Description

1. Inventory Management & Sourcing

  • Source and curate high-quality products for live auctions based on market trends and customer demand.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare product lists for upcoming streams.
  • Upload inventory lists and product details into the WhatNot platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.

2. LiveStream Hosting

  • Host engaging 2-hour live auctions across multiple platforms (including, but not limited to, WhatNot) with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Represent the brand with authenticity and energy, creating a positive and interactive experience for viewers.
  • Utilize storytelling and strong product knowledge to maximize customer interest and bidding activity.

3. Customer Engagement & Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions during and after live streams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty within the online community.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive presence in all audience interactions.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking live on camera for extended periods.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
