The WEBTOON Consumer Goods team is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Sales Support Specialist to assist our Sales teams in managing the sales process as well as support customer account maintenance. This part-time position will work approximately 20 hours per week and will be primarily responsible for providing operational and administrative support as well as daily Asana and Airtable workflow maintenance.
This is a 6 month 1099 contract role, approximately 20 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Support deal flow maintenance, providing operational and administrative sales support
  • Track internal and external communications and responses with operational requests in collaboration with the Sales team
  • Enter details of executed contracts and terms into internal systems (Asana, Airtable and Connect)
  • Coordinate delivery requests for Publisher partners, ensuring contractual obligations and deadlines are met
  • Work closely with the Sales team and Finance team to ensure all royalty reports and payments are tracked and received on time
  • Escalate issues as needed and assist in resolving delivery, royalty reporting and operational challenges
  • Provide operational support to members of the Content Sales team as needed
  • Manage newsletter outreach
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of sales support experience
  • Experience with Asana and AirTable is a must in addition to strong computer skills
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
  • The ability to work efficiently and independently. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings regardless of audience
  • Meticulous organizational and follow up skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Salary Range and Description
$27 - $32 / hourly
