The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.

Job Skills / Requirements

Per Mar Security Services is seeking full-time security officers that would work second shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) or third shift (11:00pm-7:00am). Most shifts do include weekend hours. The hourly rate of pay begins at $18.04 an hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol premises to prevent unlawful entry, theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Provide security through monitoring of cameras, assess control, and patrols with a security vehicle and on foot.
  • Provide hourly patrols of the client location
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues
  • Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer usage skills
  • Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
