About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient execution of transportation plans and supplier communication. This role is responsible for monitoring shipment data, scheduling transportation, managing reporting functions, and supporting customer relationships. Your ability to work closely with internal teams, carriers, and customers will be critical to optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
  • Transportation Planning & Scheduling – Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
  • Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
  • Data Management & Reporting – Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement – Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
  • Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.

  • Education & Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
